Scotiatrust's Indigenous Trusts Relationship Team and Centre of Expertise provide a variety of customized fiduciary, agency and custody solutions tailored to the unique needs of Indigenous communities from coast to coast to coast.
As the Trust Officer, Indigenous Trusts, you are a core member of the Scotiatrust Indigenous Trusts Relationship Team based in Calgary and a subject-matter expert for the Indigenous Trusts Centre of Expertise which operates on a national scale. The incumbent is responsible for the management of relationships with Indigenous Trust clients and contributes to deepening and strengthening client relationships by providing clients with tailored solutions that consider and respect their unique needs and the cultural nuances that exist within each Indigenous community we serve. The Trust Officer supports a Senior Trust Officer with the management of an account portfolio of varying size and complexity and has primary responsibility for the day to day management, oversight and account administration for client, beneficiary and trustee relationships.
