As a Lead Associate Work & Rewards practice, you will work side-by-side with some of the industry's top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills and gain experience working with a variety of clients across industries. You will have immediate exposure to client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results.
These experiences will build your consulting capabilities and depth of knowledge on executive compensation issues, as well as your project management and client relationship development skills. You will also benefit from more structured learning opportunities that are tailored to our business.
The scope of our projects will range from those focused solely on executive compensation and board and committee effectiveness, (e.g., rewards strategy, competitive compensation analyses, annual and long-term incentive program design, pay-for-performance analyses, shareholder engagement strategy and preparation) to broad cross-LOB engagements such as support for M&A transactions, total rewards strategy and optimization. Client engagements will typically be with the relevant committee(s) of the Board, senior management, or both.

Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 CAD.
This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive bonus.
