Jr. System & Technology Technician

You will:

· Maintain Network (WAN/LAN/Wireless Links), servers and PCs across a variety of departments onsite

· Help administer and support a variety of applications in use at the resort

· Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

· Help staff members who require technical support for our various systems.

· Investigate, log and resolve software, hardware and network incidents.

· Support testing and implementation of new functionality in software systems.

· Upgrading systems to enable software compatibility

· Offering information and support to users.

· Maintaining relationships with different employees and departments

· Working closely with the Information Technology Manager with any additional duties as assigned.

· Work flexible shifts with varying hours, primarily working 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays

You:

· Have gone to post-secondary school for Information Technology

· Have previous experience in a technical support role - an asset.

· Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

· Must be a team player.

· Ability to multitask.

· Have previous experience in a mountain or resort setting - an asset.

· Can work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

· Can stand for extended periods of time.

· Love and feel passion for sports and the outdoors.
