As a Director of Finance, you would have the key responsibilities of overseeing and optimizing the financial strategies of the organization by providing strategic financial guidance. Compensation Expectations
The pay band control point for this role is $168,000.00 and represents an employee that possesses full job competencies, qualifications, and experience for the position. Normally, incumbents will be hired, transferred, or promoted between the minimum and the control point of the pay band for a job, taking into account internal equity, and experience or readiness in this job. Starting salaries above the control point may be considered to recognize exceeding experience, qualifications, and competencies.
