Job Summary | Under the general direction of the Associate Director of Human Resources, the HR Advisor, Systems & Labour Relations will be responsible for coordination of Human Resources (HR) projects as well as assigned labour relations work. The incumbent will support the College and leadership to implement, maintain and improve HR systems. This role will also work with all partners to promote a positive labour relations climate and to meet the organization's strategic and operational needs. This will involve collaborating with the larger College team on confidential administrative tasks and the maintenance of the highly confidential nature of the HR office. The position has broad responsibilities of routine and complex tasks that can be highly demanding. The incumbent must be able to work with minimum supervision, prioritize activities, and manage time effectively. |
