As a Financial Solutions Manager for our Member Service Centre you will support lending while providing outstanding service to our members. It's also a fantastic opportunity to utilize your customer service skills, passion for teamwork, and commitment to delivering results!
Please note, this is a Financial Advisory role in Prospera's call centre, referred to as the Member Service Centre. The position is hybrid, with part of the time working in our Surrey Corporate office, and the rest of the time spent working from your home. Other institutions may refer to this position as Financial Advisor, Personal Banking Advisor, etc.
