Banking Administrator

Reporting to the Supervisor, Banking Administration the Banking Administrator is responsible for providing banking administration services to QuadReal's Domestic and International Real Estate Portfolio, Development, Mortgages, Corporate and Investment Funds. The Banking Administrator plays an integral part of the Banking Administration team by supporting the team in the performance of its responsibilities. This position is based in Vancouver.

As a Banking Administrator You Will:

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of all procedural documentation relating to banking administration

Assist with Account Opening/Closing and Signatory Update requests by preparing required banking documentation

Assist with Online Banking administration for all banking platforms

Maintain service request tracker for pending requests with the bank

Update and maintain the Master Bank Listing

Support all process improvements initiatives

Preparation of bank reconciliations for assigned accounts and all prescribed follow up activities

Process the Setup, Update or Cancellation of Tenant EFTs/PADs and Vendor PAPs from the Property Administration team

Your Background

Minimum 6 months post secondary education

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems such as YARDI Voyager is considered an asset

Relationship Skills: ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with internal departments; team player

Organizational/Multi-Tasking: ability to allocate time effectively, work under pressure to meet deadlines; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities; ability to prioritize workload; ability to work at a detailed level and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment that includes new ideas and change

Decision Making Skills: ability to identify, analyze and solve problems; ability to take decisive action within authorized limits.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $45,000 to $57,000.

The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual's skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
