We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Finance Transformation Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud Finance Transformation, with extensive experience in designing and configuring core financial modules. This role requires a professional who can lead finance functional teams and drive successful implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage full-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Finance, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Design and configure core financial modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA).
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements through design workshops and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
• Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, leveraging best practices to optimize financial processes and systems.
• Lead finance functional teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and successful project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all financial processes and implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud ERP trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

• Understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, and align people to them to set appropriate priorities and direction
You are someone who is :
• Oracle certified Cloud Financials implementor (is a must).
• Minimum of 7-10 years of Oracle ERP consulting experience, with a preference for Cloud ERP experience.
• Proven experience in leading and managing finance functional teams in large/global greenfield implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Strong expertise in designing and configuring core financial modules (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA).
• Strong finance business process knowledge is a must; consignment to cash process preferred.
• Working knowledge of Accounting Transformation (Accounting Hub) and Financial Consolidation (FCC) preferred.
• Successful completion of at least 3 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Finance (is a must).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members at all levels.
• Ability to travel as required for client engagements and project needs.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with additional Oracle Cloud modules and functionalities.
• Knowledge of industry-specific financial processes and requirements.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
