We are looking for a Presentations and Marketing Material Coordinator to join our team in our Vancouver office!

As a Presentations and Marketing Material Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing the Western Region (BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan) with proposals, presentations, and marketing material that are effective and creative both from a content and design perspective.

Your day as a Presentations and Marketing Material Coordinator

  • Supports the Corporate Communication Team in achieving the communication plans, strategies and projects that reflect BFL CANADA's priorities, as well as various communications and marketing projects;
  • Support the sales force with requests to update and format presentations and marketing documents (both from a content and design perspective);
  • Design and format creative reports, proposals, and presentations respecting BFL CANADA's visual identity standards and branding;
  • Produce, improve, and proofread content and documents and provide recommendations on how to optimize the content to increase the reach and impact;
  • Plan, conceptualize, and design compelling and impactful graphics and charts while collaborating with team members to strengthen messaging;
  • Ensure accuracy and high level of precision of processed/formatted material;
  • Assist in maintaining a library of presentation materials (template layouts, diagrams, icons, images, infographics, maps, etc.);
  • Develop and expand BFL CANADA templates and user guides to meet business needs;
  • Act as a brand ambassador while collaborating with the Eastern Region teams to ensure brand integrity and consistency;
  • Assist with other creative projects as required, including Divisional tradeshows, conferences, and charity events;
  • Monitor best practices, business intelligence, and innovative solutions to always be on top of trends and provide the teams with strategic and high-quality results;
  • Contribute to the achievement of the team's objectives by carrying out all other related tasks pertinent to the realization of the Department's communication plans and strategies, as well as various projects.

Our ideal candidate

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Degree or diploma in communications, marketing, or any other relevant field;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop;
  • Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented;
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail;
  • Creativity and outstanding graphic vision;
  • Diplomacy and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong concern for the quality of verbal and written communication;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Organizational and priority management skills;
  • Effective time management and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and short deadlines

The expected salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $75,000. Annual salary will be determined by factors including prior experience, location, business segment, and relevance of the candidate's skills to the role.
