The Impact You'll Make and What We'll Accomplish Together:


You will lead business impact assessments and analysis for projects within the SmartHome+ and SmartEnergy portfolio, working with Product Managers and stakeholders to address risks, streamline operations, and eliminate inefficiencies. Your role includes developing and managing our performance scorecard to guide key decisions and provide leadership with portfolio insights. As a core team member, you'll help deliver innovative products that support our Home Solutions Strategy.

Here's How You'll Contribute:

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the team's success-based capital, unit economics, OPEX budget, and annual capital allocation, ensuring effective resource utilization
  • Strategic Analysis and Business Cases: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to conduct business analysis and develop comprehensive business cases for SmartHome+ and SmartEnergy initiatives
  • Financial Modeling: Build and analyze financial models to support strategic discussions on competition, risks, and growth opportunities for SmartHome+ and SmartEnergy product lines
  • Program and Project Management: Oversee the program and project management of the technical systems roadmap, aligning initiatives with product goals
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare executive-level presentations on key risks, opportunities, and insights for SmartHome+ and SmartEnergy products, delivering impactful findings to senior leadership
  • Forecasting and Long-term Planning: Lead the development of forecasts and business models for strategic planning (Strat Check) and long-term planning (LTP) for SmartHome+ and SmartEnergy products
  • Budget Management: Supervise budget forecasting and tracking, partnering with finance teams to maintain alignment on targets and address any variances

Qualifications

You're the Missing Piece of the Puzzle:

  • Skilled in influencing and presenting ideas, building strong relationships across teams and functions
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and translate data into actionable insights, driving business improvements
  • Experienced in leveraging financial and business data, including building complex financial models, to inform decision-making for SmartHome+ and SmartEnergy
  • Recognized for integrating KPIs and insights from multiple data systems to support product and operational success

Great-to-Haves:

  • Experience in a Financial/Business Analyst or Business Consultant role
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Professional designations such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, and proficiency with data tools like Google Suite
