EY's multidisciplinary Quantitative Services - QS - team, specializing in tax credits for Scientific Research and Experimental Development - SRED - is seeking an experienced candidate with a Chemistry, Physics or Chemical, Mining or Mechanical Engineering background to deliver advisory services to our clients in Vancouver and Western Canada. The opportunity:
As a Tax Staff or Senior Tax Staff you will work with a variety of clients at the forefront of technology in industries such as mining, forestry, advanced manufacturing, and the applied sciences. You will work closely with entrepreneurs and public corporations meeting with CEOs, CTOs, Technical Managers and Technical Engineers. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a foundation in chemical, mechanical or mining engineering, or a degree in physical sciences to build or continue a career in SRED and Incentives. The salary range for this job in British Columbia for Tax Staff is $45,000 to $72,000 and for Senior Tax Staff is $59,000 to $96,000. Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
