We are hiring a Reconciliation Officer for our Victoria, BC branch.
What you will be doing
Review of daily reporting of all customers (For different functions e.g., Deposit Processing, ATM Rec, Cheque investigations, Suspense account management)
AML reporting/verification for client
Billing- Data Collection for Monthly CVS Billing
Assisting Manager with Daily Metrics Data collection
Assisting in investigation of Daily Outages and actioning as required (Pulling TRs, requesting rebalances, performing offsets, maintaining the daily differences tracker)
Assisting with CVS Claim Investigations
Ensuring all programs (Compass & Money Manager) are updated with current information.
Emergency Cash Parcel Management
Responding to customer emails, inquires in a timely & professional manner
Support/Forecasting cash volumes for one of our clients.

What we are looking for
Working/Practical knowledge of Cash Vault Services operations is a key requirement
Strong Knowledge of Computing systems such as: Word, Excel, and MS Office applications
Strong knowledge of current customer base
Reliable, conscientious, and responsible
Highly organized and work with minimal supervision
Strict attention to detail, accuracy in analysis
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
