The Revenue Operations team is looking for a GTM Operations Lead for our Financial Suite of products (Capital & Payments). This role is the bridge between Product and Revenue organizations; we set the Revenue plan, and ensure execution and operations against the plan. The right candidate will build strategy and drive alignment across product, marketing, sales, business development and customer success teams.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Build the global Revenue plan - who to target, what to sell, and how to sell
Define sales plays, cross sell & upsell motions to deliver on the Revenue plan
Run product revenue performance reviews to understand target performance and pacing to target
Synthesize product gaps that are hindering target performance in order to influence the product roadmap
Monitor roadmap enhancements and international market expansion to ensure sales activation
Experience in GTM, sales, business development and/or strategy
Proven ability to be successful in a complex, fast-paced environment
Past experience in SaaS or eCommerce technology; experience in FinTech or banking a plus
Ability to take a quantitative and analytical approach to setting strategy with operational and business judgment and an excellent attention to detail.
