Essential Responsibilities:

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the financial functions of Cadorath'smultiple divisions, which span across aerospace, agriculture and metal plating. This role will involve financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure effective financial management and strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.

•Prepare and analyze financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the aerospace, agriculture and metal plating divisions. Provide insights into division-specific financial performance and trends.

•Calculate and prepare all journal entries and monthly calculations including prepaid expenses, amortization, accruals and inventory. •Record and reconcile all bank transactions within Great Plains in all of the Canadian and US Bank Accounts. Report balances to senior finance team on a daily basis.

•Analyze financial data to support decision-making, identify cost-saving opportunities, and evaluate investment opportunities in each division.

•Monitor costs and expenses across all divisions, making recommendations to senior management on opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Prepare necessary summaries and reports as requested by division Directors.

•Ensure financial compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in each division.

•Work closely with finance teams, operations managers, and senior leadership across multiple divisions to interpret financial data and drive performance improvements.

•Ad Hoc Projects: Provide detailed financial analysis and reports on special projects, acquisitions, or strategic initiatives as needed. •Other Duties as Assigned

Education, Skills & Experience:

University/college degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

2-4 years of financial analysis or related experience, preferably in a manufacturing, or industrial setting. Experience across multiple industries (aerospace, agriculture, metal manufacturing) is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.

Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to process complex financial data and present it clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of financial regulations, cost structures, and industry-specific financial practices.
