The Moncton RBC Dominion Securities branch is seeking talented, self-directed individuals with a growth- and goals-oriented mindset to join us in our pursuit of helping our clients thrive and communities prosper.

As an Associate Advisor, you will work with an Investment Advisor team and be responsible for providing proactive advice and support to our clients and the Investment Advisor, helping deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients to the firm. Identifying new opportunities and helping to grow the business will be a key and exciting part of your role.

What will you do?

• Lean on RBC Dominion Securities' strong brand and reputation to build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners and manage their complex financial needs.
• Leverage RBCs extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans for your clients.
• Foster trusted, often multi-generational, long-term relationships using personalized service and advice.
• Establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance to ensure your clients are supported in all aspects of their financial lives.

What do you need to succeed?

• Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO (if not already obtained, must be willing to be licensed within 6 months of hire date)
• Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course or Investment Management Techniques (IMT)
• 4-6 years or more of professional experience within the investment industry, providing face-to-face advice on investment products and services
• University degree
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• Highly developed client service skills
• Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem solving and analytical skills
