The Senior Manager is responsible for assisting in maximizing the profitability of Indigenous Banking customers by supporting and driving the development, implementation, and tracking of integrated client-focused solutions designed to enhance Indigenous business results within Commercial Banking and across relevant business lines.
The incumbent is responsible to provide competitive and sustainable customer value through the support, development and execution of coordinated Indigenous-specific initiatives.
Crucially, the position must ensure a client-centric and knowledgeable approach that respects and promotes awareness of Indigenous access to capital issues, cultures, governance structures, and laws/regulations. This approach must be consistently embedded in all material and interpersonal communications.
