As a Governance Reporting Analyst, you will enhance efficiency and accuracy by developing innovative tools and solutions. You'll ensure comprehensive tracking and real-time visibility into project progress and KPIs. Additionally, you'll design and maintain interactive dashboards and create visually compelling reports, providing a single source of truth for all project data.

Your Responsibilities:
Identify gaps in current processes, research potential solutions, and implement tools that enhance efficiency and accuracy
Develop or integrate tools that allow for comprehensive tracking and reporting of individual projects, which then roll up into a consolidated portfolio report
Ensure tools deliver real-time visibility into project progress, timelines, key milestones, and the overall health of the portfolio
Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs)
Gather requirements from stakeholders, create data models, and develop visually compelling reports. Ensure these reports are updated regularly and provide training to users on how to interact with them
Mentor and coach more junior employees

Your Experience:
Post secondary education or equivalent experience in IT, Business, or related field
3+ years' experience in business analytics, including building analytical models and conducting thorough analysis
Mastery in advanced Excel functions, formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA scripting
Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), Power Query, and integrating Power BI with other data sources
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and SharePoint
Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
