Our Head Office is looking for an innovative, forward-thinking Team Lead - Accounting who is passionate about continuous improvement and financial excellence to join our Finance team in Saint John, NB or Halifax, NS. The Team Lead - Accounting ensures that all financial data is accurate and complete. It is the primary responsibility of the Team Lead - Accounting to lead all aspects of accounting and reporting, including the accounting, recording, reporting, and reconciliation of financial activities.
In addition, the Team Lead - Accounting will perform analysis as required by the Director to achieve corporate goals and strategies. Attention to detail and the ability to think of the 'big picture' are key within this role to partner with Senior and Regional Management.
