About the role

We are looking for a Bilingual Shared Services Representative II - Financial Operations to join our growing team!

This role will offer you the chance to:

  • Participate in and contribute to the improvement of our processes in order to optimize and automate our financial operations.

  • Use one of the most powerful financial tools in the industry: Oracle Fusion.

  • Ensure compliance with our policies for better internal controls.

  • Work with a competent and dynamic team, in a fast-paced environment.

  • Accurately process and enter supplier invoices.

  • Follow up on discrepancies between invoices, receipt notes and purchase orders. Communicate with internal or external parties to spotlight irregularities, in addition to identifying corrective actions.

  • Make calls to verify and validate vendor banking information.

  • Perform reimbursement and analysis of employee expense accounts.

  • Manage corporate credit cards.

  • Supporting users: platform and travel policy.

  • Dispatch and follow up on email requests received.

  • Respond to clients/users in a timely manner.

What you bring to the table:

  • College diploma in accounting or any combination of equivalent and relevant experience will be considered.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial transactions.

  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is an asset.

  • Ability to learn quickly, agility and ability to adapt quickly to change.

  • Energy, passion and a positive attitude.

  • Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel.

  • Bilingualism (French-English) is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required but must have authorization to work in Canada.
