About the role
We're looking for a Director, Property Claims, to join our growing team!
This role can be located in Dartmouth, NS/ Dieppe, NB or St. John's, NL.
What you'll do here:
Analyze, recommend and implement strategic projects to optimize supply chain management.
Ensure optimal performance of quantitative and qualitative indicators related to the operational performance of suppliers.
Analyze and implement all aspects and stages of digital compensation development.
Lead or contribute to national projects to meet quality, schedule and cost objectives while ensuring that projects meet the company's high customer service standards and objectives.
Participate in the operations and deployment of projects and collaborative policies by planning, directing and controlling the various operational phases.
Ensure constant and professional communication with the various business partners in order to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration.
Responsible for negotiating contracts with strategic suppliers.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, actuarial science, finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10 years of experience in finance or property and casualty insurance.
Can set strategic direction and guide its execution
Project management and change management skills.
Good ability to build relationships based on trust and collaboration.
Excellent ability to work with and influence diverse groups.
Bilingual in English and French is an Asset
