What will your typical day look like?


In this role, the successful candidate is expected to:

  • Support the development of quality and risk programs, tools and processes
  • Participate and contribute to analyzing and implementing process improvement initiatives
  • Enhance and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Develop national communications for QRM, which include but are not limited to website development and updates, newsletters and presentations
  • Support the strategic agenda and special projects for the QRM
  • Coordinate and execute QRM training for the T&T practice with other members of the team and various stakeholders of all levels

About the team


Quality & Risk Management (QRM) supports the Technology & Transformation (T&T) business to provide quality support services across various stages of the engagement lifecycle, from sales to finalizing an engagement, including delivery standards, risk mitigation, issue resolution, project delivery methods and tools to achieve delivery excellence. This role will support the Quality & Risk Leader in providing quality support to the Technology & Transformation business.

You are someone who has:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Consulting or quality and risk management / related field
  • Project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, as well as SharePoint and PowerBI or similar analytical toolset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative writing experience is an asset
  • Ability to prioritize to achieve deadlines and results
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams and independently
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, demanding and time sensitive setting

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000 for senior consultant and $90,000 - $175,000 for manager, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
