Role Specific Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Generative AI initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, addressing any questions they may have.
  • Actively contribute to in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify gaps and contribute original ideas based on AI models and algorithms.
  • Leverage Generative AI models and ecosystem to build quick prototypes to prove solutions. Design and model new processes, incorporating technology solutions to support business objectives and improve user experience.
  • Support the gathering and analysis of customer feedback and usage data to understand customer needs and pain points. Incorporate insights into product development to ensure the product meets and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Deloitte's structured and unstructured data and use that knowledge to recommend new and innovative features for products.
  • Work with a team of developers and architects to build, review, and deliver solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, researching new techniques, and identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into understandable insights and updates.
  • Document technical specifications and guidelines related to generative AI.

About the team

The Generative AI CoE is an internal team within Deloitte Technology Canada. GenAI CoE focuses on delivering end-to-end solutions that leverage Generative AI technology including custom built & commercially available products.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are a strong technical consultant who specializes in Generative AI. You have practical experience building and prototyping Generative AI based solutions to address business problems.

  • 3-5 years of experience working with Azure cloud solutions and deploying AI/ML solutions within the Azure ecosystem.
  • Proven proficiency in Python, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
  • Dependable expertise in leveraging and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), with proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and functions calling.
  • Hands-on experience working with Langchain and Azure Semantic Kernel.
  • Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and experience with agile product development tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
