About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our growing team!


In alignment with stakeholders' vision and request, defines the product vision and strategy ensuring their interests are included in the release.

What you'll do here:

  • Ensures the evolution of the product is being monitored at all stages of the process. Acts as the guardian of the product vision throughout all phases of the product life

  • Ensures consistency between products.

  • Be responsible for the alignment of all POs Squads; has the broad vision of the project or program.

  • Supports the other POs on a need basis.

  • Leads the development effort by conveying the vision to an Agile delivery team, outlining and prioritizing work based on business value. The Product Owner is the Agile delivery team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making. Is usually working on one product at the time.

  • Communicates with stakeholders to define the product vision and strategy ensuring their interests are included in the release. Follows-up with stakeholders on a need basis. Inspires the team to deliver best-in-class products.

  • Responsible for the business aspects of the project including ensuring the right product is being built in the right order and release is developed by the deadlines.

  • Leads, plans, tracks and is accountable for all phases of the product life cycle from the beginning of the project to the introduction into the marketplace. Responsible for product evolution.

  • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes or resource additions. Ensures business objectives and targets are met through data analytics, and feedback. Determines products KPIs and objectives.

  • May be responsible for feasibility studies, field trials management, identifying product gaps, defining product requirements and engaging with customers to understand market needs and trends.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education & relevant experience will be considered.

  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience as Product owner.

  • Ability to navigate complexity.

  • Limited supervision required.

  • able to Influence/Advise/coach.

  • Certified Product Owner (CSPO or PSPO).

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
