Virtual Small Business Advisor, Virtual Advice Team, Halifax Nova Scotia - Bilingual French and English
Location: Please note this position is located in Halifax Nova Scotia, 5251 Duke Street, Duke Towers. It is an in office position. The successful candidate will work within the Virtual Small Business team as a dedicated virtual advisor for Small Business clients nationally. Shifts: 10am-6pm.
About the Role...
Our Virtual Small Business Advisors are customer-centric and able to connect with people in a relatable way. As an essential member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, the focus is to provide exceptional service throughout the customer's journey by:
Manage an assigned portfolio of high value and/or complex small business owner relationships to achieve retention and other negotiated goals while meeting Scotiabank's Service Standard
VSBA independently and remotely focuses on deepening and expanding existing assigned customer relationships. This includes remotely assessing customer needs, making appropriate recommendations, completing the required product applications and providing ongoing service to these accounts as needed
Proactively engage with new and existing clients to build strong, ongoing relationships and provide comprehensive advice, enabling them to build successful businesses
Partner with fellow advisors to create a customer centric environment
