What will your typical day look like?

The Global License Compliance Manager will oversee license tracking, conduct periodic software compliance, and lead compliance mitigation efforts of Deloitte's global software agreements using ServiceNow SAMPro and other software reporting tools. Vendor agreements include but not limited to Microsoft, SAP, Adobe, Zoom, and Tableau. This individual works closely with global technology leaders, Deloitte Technology platform owners, Vendor Management Office (VMO), and member firm teams in the proper oversight of Deloitte vendor license estates using ITAM standards.

The Global License Compliance Manager will:

  • Manage all aspects of the license management compliance processes and operations required under the global enterprise agreements
  • Create software compliance tracking and reporting processes and develop software control measures for Deloitte Technology and member firm teams in the use of the software solutions as needed
  • Evaluate and advise on opportunities for process improvements and makes constructive suggestions for change
  • Oversee reporting and tools used in the internal auditing processes of software licensing and mitigate compliance matters if applicable
  • Support DT VMO-SAM Tools including ServiceNow SAM Pro and discovery tools i.e. SCCM and JAMF

Do you possess the following?:

  • Minimum of 4 years of ITAM and software license management experience with enterprise level software agreements
  • Robust working knowledge of various licensing models, vendor maintenance programs, cloud computing solutions and IT Asset Management (ITAM) standards
  • Hands on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro, ITSM, CMDB, and Discovery required
  • Experience with other Software Asset Management (SAM) tools
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to interact and interface with all levels from executive leadership to product administration teams
  • Ability to manage processes across distributed teams and multiple vendors

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
