Key elements of this role include:
Working under the direction of the HR Integrated Support Team in IT, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and processing transaction data for quality and troubleshooting issues associated with Peoplesoft data workflows;
- Engaging with business leaders and stakeholders to educate and resolve issues associated with PeopleSoft Manager Self Service;
- Managing ServiceNow incidents and requests associated with PeopleSoft workflows and data management.
- Receives, reviews and processes approved master data change requests (MDM requests).
- Auditing master data against completeness, uniqueness and accuracy, proactively works with the business to clean data;
- Performing data information collection from internal and external sources; verification and entry into Peoplesoft;
- Assisting with the identification and development of improvements to business processes and reporting;
- Collaborating with fellow team members to interpret their needs and/or those of our clients;
- Carrying out other miscellaneous tasks, as needed.
You will be responsible for personal safety and that of co-workers by observing and ensuring compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations. You will be accountable for environmental performance as it relates to the environmental management system processes and initiatives.

As the ideal candidate you must be organized, analytical, detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities. Additional required qualifications include:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business (HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field) combined with at least 2-3 years of relevant professional work experience;
- PeopleSoft and Service Now related experience would be considered an asset;
- Ability to review and interpret information from multiple sources, prioritize and balance different needs;
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing applications;
- Comfortable learning multiple new and changing applications;
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem solving, multitasking and decision making skills;
