What is the Opportunity?

The RPA developer is responsible for delivering new Automations for Business to drive the transformation of HR. This role will support the Robotic Process Automation through analysis, design, development, and support activities.

This role will collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, Business teams to capture requirements, streamline and automate processes. This role will also partner with Technology Teams on production support and maintenance of existing automated solutions.

What will you do?

  • Develop robust automation processes leveraging RPA (Blue Prism)
  • Accountable for development of new or significant changes/enhancements to RPA processes.
  • Support initiatives led by operational excellence managers, business managers or service partners, relating to streamlining processes, and providing data and analytics.
  • Conduct solution design walkthroughs and code reviews with the team and appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ownership of specific changes to enhance RPA or as lead assigned to projects and initiatives.
  • Work closely with members of the development and QA teams to review requirements and implement solutions.
  • Coordinate activities and document results related to quality assurance, end user acceptance testing, and post implementation verification.
  • Coordinate with Production Support (onshore/offshore) to ensure bots deployed in Production are running as expected.
  • Promote innovative or improved methods to get the work done and implement best practices across the RPA team.

What do you need to Succeed?

Must Have:

  • Proficiency with Blue Prism, SQL, Python
  • Ideally 2+ years previous work experience of Blue Prism.
  • 1 year of previous work experience with Python.
  • 1 year of previous work experience on API integration with Blue Prism.
  • Good Knowledge of SQL server.
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Excellent Communication Skills.

Nice to have:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
  • Understanding of SAP and Service Now, Workday.
  • Understanding of Blue Prism Upgrade to version 7 or later.
  • Understanding of programming languages such as C#, Vb.net.
  • Nice to have Blue Prism Associate Developer Certification, Blue Prism Developer Certification
