Job Summary

AML IT Development team is looking for an experienced developer to support the Data Governance and reconciliation program. This position will handle data mining and engineering and analysis and reporting of all the feeds that enter into AML space. Coding and analysis will be required, as well as working closely with BSAs and business to determine data issues and onboarding requirements. Automation and design is a must.
Tech Stack: Unix shell scripting, Front end framework (Vuejs/Angular js) + Backend Framework (nodejs) + SQL (MS SQL/DB2/Oracle) + Version Control (GitHub) + Rest api + CI/CD pipeline

This is for the role of Data & Reporting specialist. The developer will have the responsibility of data governance and development (both backend and UI).

What will you do?

  • Designing and coding application programs; performing testing for developed applications.
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing for a large-scale system.
  • Developing custom reports and UI pages for reporting purposes.
  • Automation of various manual processes which IT and business perform.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • 4+ years of Unix Shell scripting
  • 4+ years of JAVA, Hadoop development
  • Spark/Hive
  • Expertise with SQL/RDBMS Databases
  • Hands on with Data Visualization and reporting development, statistical analysis and excel spreadsheet development
  • Working knowledge of management, mapping, manipulation and wrangling of data

Nice to Have

  • Python experience.
  • Prior Tableau and ServiceNow Development experience
  • Statistics and machine learning
  • Data models and Web development, Data Warehousing experience
