BIOVECTRA has an immediate opening for a (CMMS) Computerized Maintenance Management System Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time position located in Windsor, Nova Scotia.

What The Role Looks Like:

  • Support CMMS initiatives by assuring projects are executed on time, in scope, and on budget.
  • Facilitate and provide hands-on support for the CMMS for all sites and support staff.
  • Write, review and/or manage the technical documentation and change control processes related to reliability and maintenance strategies that directly support the validation of the CMMS.
  • Develop and integrate a CMMS master document operating procedure and auditing on an annual basis.
  • Administer the CMMS program by managing change control and access.
  • Schedule and conduct regular reviews and audits to drive continuous improvement and problem resolution within the CMMS.
  • Develop and provide training on all aspects of the CMMS to enhance operational knowledge and best practices on reliability maintenance.
  • Support IT/OT integration strategies for advanced reliability technologies, including condition monitoring and asset performance management and implementation of future technology in relation to the CMMS.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, audits, and best practice implementation.
  • Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance activities.
  • Identify and prioritize tasks in maintaining the CMMS.
  • Data entry as required.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode analysis to identify and address chronic reliability issues.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to optimize asset lifecycle management.
  • Additional duties assigned, based on business needs and the department supervisor's needs.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or asset management.
  • Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data analysis tools
  • Strong understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques, RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance), and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis).
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to reliability challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills.
  • Proficient communicator, both written and oral.
  • Project management skills.
  • Prior Knowledge and understanding of BMRAM would be considered an asset.
