Position Title: Co-op Student - Impact Areas (Fair Treatment of Clients)

Term: Temporary Full-Time, Four (4) Month Contract
Work Term: May 5, 2025 - August 22, 2025
Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated student to Equitable's Client Impact Team. Our team plays a key role in helping the whole organization focus on keeping the client at the centre of all we do and building a better experience through decisions and insights. We also play a key role in strategic planning and our commitment to the Fair Treatment of Clients (FTC).
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting client impact initiatives, gathering insights on FTC metrics and supporting communication strategies that showcase our impact. This position is ideal for a student with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills who is eager to gain real-world experience in a professional setting.
