We are always looking for top talent that can contribute to our delivery of results. JFE Shoji power is seeking an Accounting Manager who is responsible for seeing the daily operations of the accounting department.

What You'll Do
The accounting manager is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and complying with accounting standards. This role also involves managing financial statements, budgets, audits and internal controls. The accounting manager also provides financial insights to support business decisions and improve financial performance.
How you'll make an impact
  • Supervise Accounting Staff and provide training and mentorship to improve their performance.
  • Ensure financial reports to senior management and stakeholders with clarity and actionable insights
  • Oversee financial records and ensure their accuracy, adequacy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies to improve margins.
  • Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures, highlighting key performance drivers.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance to senior management
  • Lead BS management, including fixed asset and slow-moving inventory management to maintain a sound financial position
  • Ensure that financial procedures comply with relevant regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
What you'll bring to the role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting.
  • CPA designation required.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting area, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or steel processing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, cost calculation and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
  • People management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and external stakeholders
