We're seeking candidates located in the Prairie and Ontario regions who are flexible and able to travel within their area as needed. While primary locations include Calgary, Edmonton, Lethbridge, Saskatoon, and various cities in South Ontario, candidates should be prepared for regular travel within their region.
The Accelerate program offers a comprehensive journey for new graduates, combining rotational assignments with the opportunity for personal and professional growth. In this role, you will join a fast-paced, client-centric, and collaborative environment within Agriculture that will challenge you and provide you with opportunities to learn and grow into an Agricultural Business Banker. Our 9 to 12-month rotational program provides the coach-supported opportunities you need to learn, practice, and apply the skills required to excel in your assigned business line. You will also have access to skill-building workshops and challenging work-integrated learning opportunities that will rapidly accelerate your development!
We instill a winning culture and prioritize the continuous development, education, and wellness of our people. The Accelerate program offers unique rotations within areas such as Agricultural Banking, Indirect Agriculture Finance, Agricultural Specialist, and Agriculture Global Risk Management. You will have a dedicated Program Manager who provides individual mentorship, coaching, and development to facilitate a smooth transition through various rotations. This tailored guidance is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and experience to embark on a successful career after the program concludes. The Accelerate program has been designed to develop better Business Bankers nationwide. While we strive to honor post-program placement preferences, all program participants must be willing to relocate within their region if required. Successful completion of the program leads to placement opportunities, which are subject to business and operational needs. This ensures that participants are well-prepared to contribute effectively wherever they are needed most.
