You as a Banking Analyst will:

  • Perform monitoring and accounting for cash, investments, debt, and letters of credit
  • Assist with operation and maintenance of bank accounts, including new account setup, KYC, maintenance, and closure
  • Assist with issuance and maintenance of letters of credit, including documentation, review and payment of related fees, modifications to existing letters of credit and
    cancellation
  • Initiate daily payments and other banking transactions
  • Assist with reporting packages for management, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with the month-end close and year-end audit processes including preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist with invoice and payment reviews
  • Assist with other finance / accounting functions, as required

Is this the right role for you?

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • You have experience with corporate treasury functions and banking platforms
  • Experience with lending agreements and related compliance is an asset
  • Experience with accounting / ERP systems is an asset
  • You are a well-organized, proactive and detail-oriented individual able to self-manage and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • You have strong attention to detail
  • You possess strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
