Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Revenue Management, the Revenue Management Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and updating key regular reporting on revenue parameters, and for tracking projected impacts on fiscal results deriving from various pricing actions. They will participate in the development of recommendations for key pricing actions, including but not limited to price increase proposals and trade spend optimization, in cooperation with the Director, Revenue Management.
Key Accountabilities:
1.Maintain regular revenue related internal reports and ensure timely updates for key internal meetings
2.Develop new standardized reporting as business needs or requests arise
3.Connect with key sales and leadership stakeholders on key drivers of reporting trends
4.Responsible for ongoing tracking of raw material cost inputs in the market and flagging potential impacts to Sofina's portfolio
5.Collaborate with key sales stakeholders on education surrounding raw material inputs and how they pertain to Sofina's products
6.Assist with return-on-investment analysis related to proposed trade-related activities and optimization initiatives
7.Develop tools to assist with pricing and promotion related planning and discussions
8.Support the ongoing tracking of various pricing initiatives and their projected impacts on fiscal results
9.Lead the development of content for internal business presentations
10.Responsible for maintaining and updating commercial price lists for retail and foodservice
11.Help with actioning and navigating day to day ad-hoc requests as needed
12.Support key trade marketing analysis and projects, as well as their impacts on revenue
Requirements:
1. University Degree in Business or related field, preferred.
2. Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a financial or sales analyst or trade marketing role
3. Superior analytical and communication skills
