What You'll Be Doing: You will be a welcomed member of the Sienna Finance Team, reporting to the Director, Tax & Treasury. As Senior Financial Analyst, Treasury, you will be detail oriented, have strong communication skills, are proactive and be able to work independently.

Treasury

  • Prepare cash flow projections, both short term and long term, and identify opportunities for cash
    flow improvement.
  • Proactively monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure adequate funding for operations and
  • Assist with managing banking relationships and optimize cash management strategies.
  • Support the Finance team and business units with respect to bank queries and treasury-related

Debt

  • Assist with debt strategy and planning by preparing debt capacity analysis and monitoring debt maturity schedules.
  • Assist with debt issuance by reviewing debt offering documents, loan agreements and gathering relevant support as required.
  • Assist with debt monitoring and compliance by tracking debt covenants as required.
  • Maintain the debt module and prepare journal entries as required.

Other

  • Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Support company-wide planning, process improvements, and business initiatives.

Education & Experience Required:

  • CPA,CA, CPA,CGA or CPA,CMA designation or in the process of obtaining one is preferred
  • Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Business or other related discipline
  • You have experience 2-3 years of experience in treasury functions or debt management
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are able to handle multiple assignments and work effectively under pressure
  • You are hardworking, detail oriented, organized and self-motivated to learn
