Purpose of Job
The Assistant Manager - I&O Projects is accountable for providing support and leading projects for Business Banking Operations in alignment with the Bank's strategy to mitigate operational and structural cost as well as to develop solutions to create processing efficiencies. Responsibilities also include development and provisioning of dashboard reporting, trending, forecasting and analysis on various aspects of the business units which includes key performance indicators and operational performance commitments.
The Assistant Manager - I&O Projects provides oversight, triage and management of resolution for issues/opportunities originating from the business units and various partners. The employee promotes a performance-oriented culture that is focused on our customers and supports strategic initiatives that result in improved customer experiences and operational effectiveness.

Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.
