Our Cintran Claims Team is hiring! As the Claims Adjuster, reporting to the Senior Regional Manager, you will provide Gallagher clients with outstanding claims service and advocacy, maintaining and exceeding the service standards of the Gallagher Claims division. Your keen outlook and integrity are prerequisites to work with our dynamic team.

How you'll make an impact
- Intake of clients’ new claims and reporting to the insurance company
- Provide claims counselling as required to insureds in a professional and compassionate manner
- Advocate on claims, as needed, on client’s behalf with insurers
- Data input using the W5 claims system
- Maintain, coordinate and update client documents, including Word summaries and Excel spreadsheets
- Lead claim analysis meetings with commercial clients and/or Client Solutions Team
- Connect with the Client Solutions Team, adjusters and insureds with respect to open claims
- Collaborate with Loss Control Adjusters to establish or modify existing programs
- Liaise between insured and insurance carrier during settlement negotiations when required
- Document and action incoming communication in a timely fashion
- Mentor new team members and facilitate onboarding within the claims department
About you
- You have Claims Adjusting experience or Broking including Claims Advocacy
- CIP designation an asset or courses completed towards designation
- Prior Commercial Insurance and/or Claims experience required
- Comprehensive and effective verbal/written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Experience with an electronic filing system an asset
