We are currently looking for a Benefits Analyst t hat has the character and personality to work with a strong team of personable and successful individuals. How will I impact the business? - As the Benefits Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Analysts, Account Executives and Consulting Team in managing client accounts. Our approach is warm and our relationships are everything with these client groups. - Collaborate with service providers for the collection, analysis and interpretation of life, disability and health care data - Develop awareness of life, disability and health care plan design, cost factors and help prepare team members for the renewal process - Prepare renewals and experience reports using renewal and reporting tools - Coordinate with Gallagher ServiceCentre (GSC) in support of project deliverables - Analyze claims and utilization data and look for trends and patterns - Prepare benefits marketing material and compile data and results from insurer proposals; prepare ad-hoc deliverables - Schedule kick-off meetings for renewals and experience reports - Liaise with service providers to ensure adherence to project deliverables - Other accountabilities to support the high functioning team you will be part of, as the need arises
About you
Required: Bachelors degree and 3 years related experience required.
