Indirect Tax Manager - Head Office - Mississauga - Ontario
The Indirect Tax Manager has primary responsibility for indirect tax planning and compliance for JTI's Canadian companies but is also expected to adopt the opportunity to develop a knowledge of direct taxes with the potential to coordinate Canadian direct taxes within three to five years. JTI's existing Canadian tax team is comprised of experienced and longstanding colleagues in the area of Canadian direct and indirect taxes and they are looking to help develop the next potential lead of JTI's Canadian tax team. The Indirect Tax Manager should be looking for a long-term career in taxation and welcome the opportunity to be part of JTI's verticalized Global Tax team. In the long term, top performers with an interest in mobility might also have future opportunities to apply for other JTI roles in tax or other functions outside of Canada in addition to other potential opportunities within Canada.
