We are seeking an experienced IT Security Director to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our information systems through the implementation and management of security frameworks and compliance with relevant regulations.


What you will do:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain information security frameworks aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, CISA, CFIUS).
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls and ensure compliance with internal and external security policies.
  • Identify and manage the organization's attack surface by conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to mitigate risks from potential threats.
  • Design and implement secure IT architectures that safeguard sensitive data and support business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, conducting thorough reviews to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead internal and external security audits, providing insights and guidance to enhance overall security posture.
  • Establish response protocols for security monitoring and incident management, leading investigations and implementing lessons learned to prevent future incidents.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans to ensure critical functions can continue during disruptions.
  • Conduct regular testing and updates to ensure effectiveness.
  • Establish and oversee crisis management procedures to respond to emergencies effectively.
  • Coordinate communication and recovery efforts during a crisis to minimize impact.
  • Define, lead strategic security topics in alignment with Senior Business Management and industry peers.

The skills you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Industry certification like CISA, CISM, etc.
  • Proven experience in information security and IT security architecture.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of Information, IT and Cyber Security frameworks and implementation industry best practices.
  • Third Party and Supplier cyber security assurance including Software Development Security.
  • background in Network and Cloud security architecture designs and implementation, including IT/ITIL and DevSecOps.
  • Familiar with Risk Management and Security posture.
  • Implementing new technologies and security architecture standards.
  • Experience coordinating internal assessments and external audits.
