What is the opportunity?

The successful candidate's main responsibilities will be reconciling all Licensing credit card payments, follow-ups and investigations of stale payments, as well as the organization and digital filing of them. Timely focus will also be required on the distribution of email communications received into the Licensing mail box. Delays in distribution of key information can result in monetary fines and reputational damage. Organization is key in this role where there is also a great deal of digital filing required. There will also be miscellaneous administration tasks as assigned.

What will you do?

  • Reconciling credit card payments
  • Following up on stale/ old non-reconciled payments
  • Maintaining and distribution from Main E-Mail-box
  • Mail room pick up and drop off
  • Filing digital files
  • Administration tasks as assigned

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

- 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Customer Service driven

- Strong organizational skills

Nice-to-have

- Bilingual French/English (written and spoken)

- Licensing experience
