Position Summary...

The Senior Analyst, Measurement Insights provides data-driven insights to our team on sales performance that enable them to make better business decisions.

Responsible to provide financial planning, analysis and performance measurement to support the sales team in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. This role will assist in tracking sales performance, measuring the effectiveness of sales initiatives and providing insights to help sales leaders and representatives optimize strategies.

Ideal candidate- will combine financial expertise with strong analytical skills to partner closely with sales teams and ensure alignment between financial goals and sales activities.


They provide campaign recommendations and actionable insights to advertisers based on our entire measurement suite, act as a subject matter expert and guide advertisers' investment strategy leveraging quantitative insights.

They ensure campaign deliverables are met, provide storytelling through insights and benchmarking and provide data driven media planning recommendations. This position works closely with our tech partners, dedicated resources, and sales team to ensure that we are meeting our goals and exceeding expectations.

They are responsible for coordinating campaign management excellence and implementing effective report delivery workflow.

Actively monitors campaign success and best practices as well as bringing forward options around opportunity to the various stakeholders.

Responsibility involves being the bridge between the various stakeholders and teams, ensuring that communication is thorough.

What you'll do...

  • Track, analyze and report on sales performance metrics including revenue, vendor sales pipeline, conversion rates and sale targets.

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand sales performance and identify trends or areas for improvement

  • Pulls and analyzes sales performance reports to prepare research and insights to inform ongoing recommendations.

  • Use critical thinking skills in evaluating, identifying and managing potential risks that will arise. Communicate these to the business development team and other stakeholders on a regular basis and ensure decisions are made quickly and effectively.

  • Works closely with vendors, other business partners as well as core business areas to assess opportunities and evaluate revenue opportunities

  • Manages communication, ensuring that the best practices are being met and that the teams are pro-actively set up for success.

  • Analytical, detailed, results-oriented, has excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.

  • Highly motivated self-starter

  • Excellent communicator, building strong cross functional relationships through collaboration and innovative thinking
