What is the opportunity?

The Senior Manager, Life, Health and Wealth Product Initiatives and Execution role will be responsible for supporting the business case development, and Go to Market of Product Solutions to ensure alignment to Insurance's strategic objectives and that strengthen RBC's leadership position within the Insurance industry. This role will be responsible for end to end to end oversight on client solutions made available to brokers and clients and act as a sponsor on multiple initiatives working closely with the Product Development, Management, and Pricing teams, to prioritized Product & Pricing, set the strategic direction and enabling it to achieve and exceed financial objectives.

What will you do?

•Suggest changes and lead the implementation of approved recommendations for new services or enhancements to existing client experience/acquisition assets and solutions

•Support the development of marketing collateral and campaigns for assigned client experience assets and solutions

•Regularly partnering with colleagues from various lines of business, more specifically supporting the Group Life & Health business in developing various initiatives and contribute to various working groups to ensure issues, challenges and opportunities identified in the marketplace are prioritized and resolved

•Act as Product Representative for new product launches using agile ways of working that support the Product and Pricing Strategy

•Lead implementation of and monitor success of initiatives (which includes, but is not limited to app store rating, client feedback, etc.)

•Plan, design, and execute initiatives required to increase awareness and utilization of solutions, thereby deepening client and advisor relationship

•Ensure people, operating guidelines, training materials, job aids, and all related documentation for client experience assets are updated

What will you need to succeed?

•University degree or equivalent, Project Management or Business Agility acumen

•Minimum 7 to 10 years of client service specifically with Individual Life, Health and Wealth insurance

•Strong acumen for superior user experience, digital solutioning, and promotion & adoption of digital and online solutions

•Demonstrated interest/experience in client solutions designed to simplify processes and delight users

•Innovating outlook and competitive edge, capable of thinking outside the box to develop ideas and solutions

•Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and leverage partnerships with cross-functional and external stakeholders

•Storyboarding and business casing, with strong financial analysis and PowerPoint presentation

•MBA or equivalent Masters degree
