HERE IS HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise and knowledge of FCT, the Financial Services industry, lender strategy and business processes as well as market trends and provincial requirements
  • Analyze lender and internal FCT process artifacts/documentation that will contribute to strategies to create standardization, operational efficiency, increased profitability and positive client impact
  • Contribute to the platform migration and execute on the migration plans by collaborating with all external and internal stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables are effectively provided on agreed upon timelines. This includes investigating and reviewing current and future processes and reporting; contributing and developing process reference material and training guides; engaging with legal on contracts; gathering and communication of requirements to stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation on the RISE platform; and communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales, to support training of lender customers in the field.
  • Arrange and contribute to pre-launch and post-launch activities to ensure that we listen to customer needs and feedback to develop and execute action plans to ensure that we amaze our customers.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Post-secondary education from an accredited institution in business and/or law clerk/paralegal training
  • Minimum 5-7 years related work experience within a mortgage, lending or real estate field
  • Specialized knowledge of the practices, products, procedures, and technologies that are directly related to mortgage and real estate functions with the ability to identify transformation and change coupled with a creative problem-solving mindset. Title insurance knowledge an asset.
  • Proven collaboration and time management skills with an emphasis on superior attention to detail, planning and organization.
  • High degree of self-motivation, and able to work skillfully independently and in team environments
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of an organization (internal and external).
  • Proven ability to build, foster, and maintain positive and successful professional relationships with a devotion to high quality customer service
  • Confident ability to adapt and make independent and sound business decisions
