You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking for an opportunity to support the Governance team in creating a comprehensive log of corporate policies and procedures. You love providing excellent organizational skills and contributing to the establishment of a robust policy governance framework. You Have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to meet and interact with team leads across the organization
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills (English is essential; French is an asset)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience using SharePoint
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to understand some French (spoken and written) is an asset

And this is totally you:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and teleconferences with internal departments
  • Create a filing system for all corporate policies and procedures across the Enterprise to develop a Corporate Policy Framework
  • Collaborate with Governance Team members to identify which corporate policies require Board, Executive, or Vice-President approval
