Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Controls and Disclosure Program, the Program Manager will work closely with management and staff to deliver the Company's Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) Program which supports the annual CEO and CFO certifications of design and operating effectiveness of the Mint's ICFR. This role is responsible for planning, execution and monitoring of the implementation of the annual ICFR Evaluation Plan. The role will be a key liaison with the Company's business process owners and control performers to maintain awareness for control effectiveness, promote best practices, build coalitions, and discuss and remediate control deficiencies.
This opening is to be filled on a hybrid working arrangement, and the incumbent will be required to work from the Ottawa location generally on an average of 1 day a week which could change based on operational requirements.
