You are:
A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients' most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You're as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you're up for traveling to client sites whenever required.
The work:
- Lead, Advise and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle , providing advisory work for the IT function itself.
- Evaluate all business requirements and come up with solutions that provide an integrated approach for clients. Analyze, design and or implement data design and best practices through technology solutions
- Work in a team where you wear lots of hats - interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams - and where you may need to be in charge
- Run the workstream and/or project activities assigned
- Conduct Fit- Gap analysis, deployment based on a delta design, functional specifications, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training and go live support)
Qualifications
Here's what you need:
- Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance Minimum 10+ years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 12 years of equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP FI GL, AR, AP, AA and SAP CO-PC, CO-PA and Treasury
- Minimum 4 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
- Must have extensive hands-on experience as SAP Finance (FI/CO). Exceptional understanding and grip of P2P, OTC, EAM, Success Factor business processes and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, PM, and HCM etc.
- Must have great client facing skills and can carry business related discussions and have ability to apply the Technology, must have leadership to guild team and give structure
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent
Bonus points if:
- You've got external consulting experience
- You know how SAP's business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more
- You have understanding of CFIN and COPA

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
