Overview
We are looking to fill a full time role for a Client Service Representative on our commercial lines team. The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representatives role is to ensure exceptional client service to Gallagher's Commercial Insurance clientele. While working on a fun and collaborative team the CSR carries out a wide range of duties.

How you'll make an impact
- Assist the Producer in client service duties
- Weekly overview of renewals
- Prioritizing and handling daily phone calls, e-mails and mail
- Providing timely responses to client queries
- Meeting with team members to check on challenges and give direction.
- Assisting with marketing of accounts and attend client meetings as necessary
- Problem solving concerning different coverages, rating, claims and competition
- Administration associated with client service, including but not limited to record notes, instructions, new submissions, renewal submissions, letters, and claims reporting
- Handling activities in EPIC
- Handle claim notices and ensure a timely reporting to carrier(s)
About you
- High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of related experience.
- Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks
