What will your typical day look like?

Work with Deloitte's new global client and engagement acceptance solution to help guide Deloitte businesses and risk professionals through a single risk process.

  • Responsible for managing and executing customer feedback programs, including user councils, surveys and interviews, including interviewing practitioners to capture feedback and value stories.
  • Oversees tracking and analysis of feedback and manages team metrics reporting. Uses data and metrics to provide regular updates insights to team leader.
  • Manages Deloitte Firm assessment programs, including managing stakeholders, communicating expectations, creating reports to show progress, and regularly updating team leader.
  • Actively partners with Deloitte Firm Knowledge Managers and Strategic Relationship Managers to execute programs that integrate knowledge offerings into Deloitte Firm- geography- or business-specific processes and programs.
  • Reports progress and shares best practices with stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with offshore colleagues, internal service providers and manage other project delivery as required.

Global Risk & Brand Protection protects, preserves and enhances the Deloitte brand. We navigate the dynamic risk landscape across the areas of risk management, confidentiality & privacy, cyber security oversight, regulatory, independence & conflicts, and Anti-Corruption/financial crimes. We foster trusting relationships across the Deloitte network through collaboration, facilitation and responsive guidance.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are someone with:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in quality and risk management field is required.
  • University degree, PMP certification or equivalent business experience required.
  • Proven track record delivering complex global technology, change management & process re-engineering programs.
  • Experience in driving processes and implementation improvements in sizeable environments; managing both internal operations and third-party vendors and partners with a track record of tight delivery around service levels and cost metrics.
  • Experience managing financials and timelines (full P&L, budgets, timelines, project milestones)
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to leverage organizational network to deliver material results.
  • Strong partnership orientation - proven ability to overcome challenges with partners collaboratively & hold partners/colleagues to account for accurate delivery.
  • Flexibility - ability to manage a large & varying workload (i.e., volume, complexity & composition).
  • Attention to detail & diligence required.
  • Highly energetic & positive with a proven ability to work independently (self-starter).
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
  • Project Management Certification (PMI) desired.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
