YOUR IMPACT

A Senior Financial Analyst role at OpenText is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to impact growth. As a key contributor, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting corporate revenue operations reporting and analysis. Your insights will drive decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Services, ensuring data-driven strategies that fuel company-wide success. You will collaborate with senior leaders to establish and report on key metrics that enhance performance management and growth.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform day-to-day and long-term business decisions.

  • Collect, coordinate, organize, and maintain data and information to support revenue operations.

  • Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance to deliver actionable business insights.

  • Design, develop, and coordinate the production of corporate reports to track key metrics.

  • Design and execute predictive models to assess growth initiatives and improve forecasting.

  • Develop efficient and automated reporting solutions through out-of-the-box thinking.

  • Manage multiple priorities across various projects, collaborating across organizational lines.

  • Support management on day-to-day tasks and activities to drive business decisions and growth initiatives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 6-8 years of experience in a sales operations, finance, or marketing role within a fast-paced technology environment with demonstrated senior-level interactions.

  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets.

  • Experience working with and extracting insights from data.

  • Proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel (expert level), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python preferred; experience with other analytical tools is a plus.

  • Salesforce.com and SAP knowledge is an asset.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and influence results.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data insights into simple and actionable details.

  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
